Key responsibilities of the role will include;

·         Answering and logging calls from customers reporting faults

·         Troubleshooting / diagnosing equipment faults & guiding through basic equipment resets

·         Triaging callouts to ensure that highest priority jobs are dispatched before jobs of a lower priority

·         Dispatching engineers within SLA’s

Completing administration tasks in a timely manner in accordance with set guidelines
What do we want from you?

·         Experience answering customer phone calls – this doesn’t have to be in a call centre

·         Good communication skills

·         Patient approach, staying calm under pressure as workload increases

·         Strong team ethic, working as a team, for the team

·         Have a positive attitude towards Health & Safety and be committed to safe working practises
