Key responsibilities of the role will include;
Reporting to the Head of Change, this role will be a key part of the Programme Team, monitoring the status of programmes and projects on a regular basis, to varying levels of detail, according to audience, to ensure that the programme / portfolio team successfully meets its objectives by delivering to time, within budget, and to quality.
The PMO Analyst will offer support and advice on a range of complex or contentious issues, thus facilitating effective management based on sound performance information
What do we want from you?
Be educated to degree level or equivalent experience e.g. IT, Business, or have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT change environment;
Ideally hold a current project management certification such as PRINCE 2 or APM;
Have reasonable knowledge of the tools and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes and projects;
Have proven ability to deliver quality deliverables;
Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the following skills:
Programme and Portfolio governance;
Programme and Project auditing;
Resource Management across IT Services;
Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting;
