Area Sales Manager



Job Title: Area Sales Manager 
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Yorkshire Based – Covering Leeds, Hull, Harrogate, Blackpool and Preston  
Hours: Full Time, Permanent 

Flogas British Ltd are recruiting an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing sales and profit in your region by converting leads generated by the telesales team and facilitate them changing across to LPG. You will create further opportunities through building relationships with developers, installers, while at the same time effectively managing your pipeline. This is a fast-paced role, and no two days are the same. Our goal is to keep the customer at the heart of everything we do and to do this you need to be good at building strong relationships with customers by really understanding their needs and looking for solutions to keep them happy.

The Role
Be responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of your territory through effective signing of new business
Securing new business through identified Installers and contractors and leads and achieving SPIs and targets
Produce key reports to analyse performance and identify gaps in the market
Build and lead cross functional internal teams that can anticipate and deliver solutions to meet customers’ requirements

About You
Experience of working within a professional customer focused environment
Proven experience of working in a fast-paced field sales environment
Able to uncover potential new business, discover customers’ needs and provide the right solution
Proven track record of sales success within a solution-based sales environment
Good questioning and listening skills
