Customer Experience Advisor - Contact Centre
Full Time: Permanent

· First 6 months £18,500 per year + Bonus + Overtime
· 6+ months £19,000 per year + Bonus + Overtime
· 12+ months £20,000 per year + Bonus + Overtime

· Monday to Friday - Shift between 8am and 5pm
· 1 in 4 Saturdays Required
· Hours: 37.5 hour contract per week, Overtime paid at a premium.

We have an opportunity at Flogas to join our Customer Experience team delivering excellent customer service to both our commercial and domestic customers.

The role
To take high volume inbound calls and to manage outbound campaigns during quieter periods. identify opportunities to add value to the customer journey, through service delivery and promoting additional service options to our customers, ie, direct debits, online accounts, paperless billing.

What do we want from you?
· Experience in a high pressure customer-facing environment
· Experience of working in a call centre environment, receiving a high volume of calls
· PC literate in MS Office and familiar with customer management systems and able to use Excel and Word
