Key responsibilities of the role will include;
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fleet administrator to support the Head of Fleet and the rest of the fleet structure. The main purpose of the role is to provide a full range of professional administrative services to a consistently high standard and promote a professional image.
What do we want from you?
Essential:
•
Intermediate/advanced IT skills with MS packages
•
Experience of working in a HGV Fleet Administration role
•
Excellent time management, planning and organising
•
Assertive with ability to manage internal and external contacts with diplomacy
•
Persuasive and able to influence at all levels
•
Driving licence
Desirable:
•
National CPC
•
Knowledge of road transport legislation
•
FOREs Practitioner
