The role
The successful applicant will be working in our busy but vibrant Customer Experience Centre receiving and processing incoming telephone calls from customers wishing to place an order, check on their delivery status, enquire about LPG prices and much more.
You will take real ownership of each call offering simple and straightforward advice and always try your best to resolve every call but also understand where escalation might be necessary.
You will have drive and ambition with a ‘can do’ attitude. Customer facing experience would be ideal but not essential as long as you can demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively as a team and believe in going above and beyond for our customers.
